With a diverse professional background and a passion for fashion innovation, I bring a unique perspective to every challenge. Over the years, I have gained valuable experience in various roles, allowing me to develop strong skills in technical ability, creative problem solving, and attention to detail.
My journey began at Bach Mai, I had the opportunity to work hands-on in MidTown, sourcing fabrics and factories. I was part of a small team and actively contributed to the development of his collections. I was also involved in assisting with photoshoots and fashion shows, gaining valuable experience in the behind-the-scenes aspects of the fashion industry.
Later I joined Real Essentials, where I worked as a Design, Development, and Technical Designer. My role involved managing all design aspects, including print design, and creating tech packs, specs, and line sheets. I also handled the fittings, from booking models to making pattern adjustments. Working closely with the production and sales teams, I ensured that design needs were met and deadlines were achieved. Additionally, I had daily communication with factories to prioritize and fulfill orders. During my time at Real Essentials, I gained valuable experience in designing for both direct-to-consumer and wholesale markets, collaborating with major retailers such as Burlington, Ross, Tjmaxx, Amazon, Costco, and Target.
Currently, I am working as a freelance professional in the industry. However, I am actively seeking a full-time position where I can contribute my skills and expertise on a more permanent basis. While freelancing has provided me with valuable experiences and the opportunity to work on diverse projects, I am now eager to transition into a full-time role and become a dedicated member of a team. I am excited about the prospect of joining a company where I can apply my talents and make a long-term impact.
